Last Updated: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Amply AI ("Amply AI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Amply AI website, advisor operating system, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Scope and Roles
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect directly from visitors, prospects, subscribers, authorized users, and other individuals interacting with Amply AI.
Amply AI also processes information that advisors and firms submit about their prospects, clients, employees, and other individuals ("Subscriber Data"). Depending on the context and applicable law, the subscribing advisor or firm may act as the business or controller and Amply AI may act as a service provider or processor with respect to that Subscriber Data. In those circumstances, individuals should generally direct requests concerning Subscriber Data to the advisor or firm with which they have a relationship.
This policy does not govern third-party websites, applications, or services that have their own privacy policies.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
Certain Amply AI features may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated processing to classify or summarize information, assist with lead qualification, support workflow decisions, analyze submitted information, generate scenarios or drafts, and prepare advisor-facing or client-ready materials.
Information submitted to AI features may be processed by Amply AI and approved technology providers as necessary to deliver those features.
Amply AI's AI functionality is intended to support human professionals. Subscribers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making professional decisions.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

- With Consent or Direction. When the relevant individual or Subscriber directs or authorizes the disclosure.
Amply AI does not sell personal information for money.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
Amply AI may use cookies, pixels, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the website and Services, remember preferences, authenticate users, measure performance, understand usage, and support marketing where permitted.
7. Email, SMS, Voice, and Marketing Communications
Amply AI may provide tools that enable Subscribers to communicate with prospects and clients by email, SMS or text, chat, telephone, AI voice, reminders, or automated nurture. In many cases, the Subscriber determines the recipients, purpose, content, and timing of those communications.
Subscribers are responsible for obtaining and documenting legally required consent and honoring opt-out or revocation requests. Amply AI may process consent and suppression records to help Subscribers administer those obligations.
Individuals may opt out of Amply AI's own marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message. For communications sent by an advisor or firm through Amply AI, individuals should follow the provided opt-out mechanism or contact that advisor or firm.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining business and transaction records, meeting legal or regulatory obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining security, and honoring deletion or suppression requirements.
When information is no longer required, we will delete, de-identify, or otherwise dispose of it consistent with applicable law and our operational requirements.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Security measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption, monitoring, logging, and other controls appropriate to the environment.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Subscribers are also responsible for securing their accounts, devices, integrations, and credentials.
10. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where an individual resides and subject to applicable exceptions, state privacy laws may provide rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, or information about categories of information collected or disclosed, and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.
To exercise a right concerning information Amply AI controls directly, contact support@amply-ai.com. We may need to verify identity and authority before completing a request.
If Amply AI holds the information solely on behalf of a subscribing advisor or firm, we may direct the individual to that Subscriber or assist the Subscriber in responding as required by contract and applicable law.
Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification. Individuals may have a right to appeal certain request decisions in jurisdictions that provide such a right.
11. California Privacy Notice
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"), applies to a particular processing activity, California residents may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of sale or sharing, subject to statutory exceptions.
When Amply AI acts as a service provider or contractor for a Subscriber, Amply AI will process covered personal information in accordance with applicable contractual restrictions and the Subscriber's documented instructions, subject to law.
12. Sensitive Personal Information
Subscriber Data may include information that is considered sensitive under certain privacy laws, depending on the Subscriber's use of the Services. Subscribers should submit sensitive information only when necessary and legally permitted. Amply AI will process such information for permitted service, security, compliance, or other disclosed purposes and will provide any legally required rights or limitations applicable to its role.
13. Children's Privacy
The Services are designed for professional and business use and are not directed to children under 13. Amply AI does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through its own website or account-registration process.
14. International Data Transfers
If personal information is transferred across national borders, Amply AI will use transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable law.
15. Data Processing Addendum
Business Subscribers subject to privacy laws that require processor or service-provider terms may request or enter into an Amply AI Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"). The DPA may address processing instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, assistance with individual rights, incident notification, deletion or return, audits, and international transfers as applicable.
16. Third-Party Links and Integrations
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. When an individual or Subscriber chooses to use a third-party service, that provider may process information under its own privacy policy and terms. Amply AI is not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy and revise the "Last Updated" date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
